What ships, and what arrives instantly
Sessions, readings and journeys
• Delivered remotely, wherever you are in the world. Nothing is shipped. You receive your booking confirmation and your personalized written report by email.
Digital books and courses
• Delivered by instant download link on your order confirmation page and by email. Nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping charges or delivery delays.
Apparel, mugs, framed posters and accessories
• Made to order and shipped worldwide to more than 200 countries. The timelines below apply to these items only.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

United States
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
International Orders
• Estimated delivery: 7–20 business days, depending on destination
• Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are not included in the product price.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect address is submitted and the order has already shipped, we may not be able to recover the package or issue a replacement.
