Policies & Terms
EnlightMeCenter operates internationally. Sessions are delivered remotely, digital books by download, and apparel is made to order and shipped worldwide. The terms below apply to sessions, readings and journeys wherever you are in the world.
Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. This payment secures your appointment and allows us to reserve the necessary time and resources exclusively for you.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
- Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before your session are subject to a $60 late-cancellation fee, which is deducted from your payment.
- Any remaining balance may be applied as credit toward a rescheduled session or refunded, at our discretion.
Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or for sessions that are terminated due to violations of our policies or terms of service.
- Payments for sessions that have already been delivered are non-refundable.
Session Conduct
All clients are expected to behave respectfully and follow our service guidelines. Any violation of our conduct policy may lead to immediate termination of the session without refund.
Agreement
By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above Policies & Payment Rules.
