Booking & Payment

To confirm your booking, a 50% upfront payment is required at the time of scheduling. This payment secures your appointment and allows us to reserve the necessary time and resources exclusively for you.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

  1. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or for sessions that are terminated due to violations of our policies or terms of service.
  2. In exceptional cases, partial credit or rescheduling options may be considered at our discretion.
Reschedule Policy

If you need to reschedule, please submit your request at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session.

  1. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
  2. Failure to provide proper notice may result in the loss of your deposit or session fee.
Session Conduct

All clients are expected to behave respectfully and follow our service guidelines. Any violation of our conduct policy may lead to immediate termination of the session without refund.

Agreement

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above Policies & Payment Rules.
